You are invited to join us at any of the following Residential Events:

Mindfulness Meditation Retreat

June 2021:
Fri 25.06. – Mon 28.06.

How often in our lives do we seek safety or possibilities to feel more comfortable in difficult moments? Especially nowadays with all the uncertainties, fears or even geopolitical tumults each one of us is facing in life…

Everyone is looking for a reliable refuge, something or someone we can completely trust in. We have developed many strategies with the hope of coping better with the full ‘catastrophe’ of life. However, can we really trust these strategies, these creations we have generated?

Are they ALWAYS available to us, regardless of the circumstances?

We invite you to join us, in stillness and silence, to wake up to the beauty of being alive.
And to encounter the life we have with freshness and wonder.

Interpersonal Mindfulness (IM)

October 2020:
Wed 14.10. – Mon 19.10.

Interpersonal Mindfulness offers an opportunity to deepen our meditation practice, in the place we most often forget it: our social interactions.

Our lives are webs of social relationships and communication.

In all relationships, we find joy and tensions, the wish that things are different, and we find appreciation, longing and suffering.

In this event participants will cultivate the natural wisdom of awareness while listening and speaking.

This dialogic meditation practice strengthening their ability to attune to one another, recognise their capacity for empathy, deepen their listening skills and cultivate moment-to-moment awareness while in relationship.

My heartfelt thanks for the wonderful retreat – what a joy it was. It’s been the most impactful retreat experience I’ve had so far.

It was particularly wonderful to experience the retreat as one of playful experimentation rather than an opportunity for the mind to engage in a barrage of negative self-criticism – I feel at this moment very content.

Using the guidelines enabled connection on a deeper level – it’s quite clear that when truly in the present moment, we share so many experiences, feel the same pain, suffer the same attachments, fear the same ideas of future or past regrets – all just different subjective experiences of the same consciousness.
